Garlic - 6 cloves | |
Hot water |
Method

Soak in boiling water for 10 minutes |

Drain for 20/30 minutes |

Mix with garlic and mush with back of a spoon |

Rest for 24 hours |

Can then be frozen with an ice cube tray |
