Spring greens in sage and butter

Ingredients

Spring greens
Butter
Dried sage
Salt, black pepper, white pepper
Sugar

Method

Remove the heads and slice spring greens in to 1 cm strips. Soak and wash in water to remove any soil and dirt

On a hob heat pan to a medium pan. Melt a large knob of butter and add dried sage.

Add spring greens. Any excess water will help steam during cooking. Add lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Season and serve
