Leek - 1 large or 2 medium, sliced | |
Mushrooms - a handful quartered | |
Salt, White Pepper, Black pepper | |
Tarragon | |
Sage | |
Rosemary |

Wash and prepare ingredients |

Put pan on a low/medium heat. Add some oil, add all ingredients and slowly sweat ingredients. Stir occasionally |

After 10/15 minutes everything should be well combined and cooked thru. Moisture should have been lost in the cooking process |

Put to one side to use later or use a stuffing immediately |
