Pan fried fish on potatoes with asparagus

Preheat oven at 220. In pyrex roaster cut potatoes into cm cubes and cut spring onion |

Season potatoes in roaster. Add dried parsley, oil, lemon juice. Put in oven |

Halve asparagus and wash. |

Mince garlic |

Medium/High heat on pan. Add butter. Add Garlic. Add asparagus. Season. Cook about 6 mins. Cover towards the end |

Salt fish. Medium/High heat pan. Add butter. Add fish. # mins each side. Add lemon juice towards the end. |
