Steamed spare ribs in black bean sauce

Spare ribs - 660g | |
Garlic - 2 cloves | |
Sugar - 1.5 teaspoons | |
Black bean sauce - 1.5 teaspoons | |
Cornflour - 2 teaspoons | |
Salt - 0.5 teaspoons | |
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon | |
Sesame oil - A drizzle |

Cut spare ribs into 1 inch chunks and mix all ingredients well. Add splash of water. Marinade overnight |

Steam for 45 minutes at 80%. Check. May need another 10 minutes. |

To reheat steam for 15 minutes |
