steamed egg with minced

Ingredients

eggs - 4
minced pork - 200g
prawns, optional - optional, min
spring onions - 3, sliced

Method

put the kettle on

mince meat and prawns

season mince and place in bowl to be steamed

place bowl in steamer and steam for 5 minutes

in the mean time, crack eggs and add 1.5 times the amount of water. season and mix well

add eggy water to mince and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes

garnish dish with spring onions
