steamed egg with minced

prawns, optional - optional, min | |
spring onions - 3, sliced |

put the kettle on |

mince meat and prawns |

season mince and place in bowl to be steamed |

place bowl in steamer and steam for 5 minutes |

in the mean time, crack eggs and add 1.5 times the amount of water. season and mix well |

add eggy water to mince and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes |

garnish dish with spring onions |
