de-shell, de-vein and clean prawns, salt and set aside |

stainless steel pan, medium heat. add shells, peppercorns, bay leaf reduce over 10 minutes |

prep other ingredient and put kettle on |

sieve pan and set stock aside |

brown prawns then set aside |

brown garlic and onions then add tomatoes |

once tomatoes cooked add remaining ingredients then season |
